Digital Product Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the product has been downloaded. We do not offer refunds for any digital products that have already been accessed or downloaded.
However, if you have not yet downloaded the product and wish to cancel your purchase, you are eligible for a full refund. To request a refund under these conditions, please contact us at support@dittodigi.com with your order details.
How to Request a Refund
To be eligible for a refund (if the product has not been downloaded):
- Contact us at support@dittodigi.com within 7 days of your purchase
- Include your order number and email address used at checkout
- Ensure the product has not been accessed, downloaded, or used in any form
Once we confirm the product has not been downloaded, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be credited within 15 days.
If more than 15 business days have passed and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us again at support@dittodigi.com.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
- Downloaded or accessed digital products
- Products purchased on sale or with discount codes
- Accidental purchases after download
